Previous to March 22, 1019 I was using the services of another agent who was so unprofessional and did not give me any favorable advise on how to proceed. With Kirk we accomplished this entire transaction in 90 days. The other Agent had the listing for eight months and just waited for his phone to ring which was NEVER. I was depressed because all he could do was degrade my property and did not demonstrate any positive marketing skills. No leadership. With Kirk the experience was just the opposite. Yes I would recommend Kirk to others. He is a hard worker.
